Or, you have the option of using our text-to-speech feature to deliver high-quality messages in a professional, warm-sounding male or female voice.
Robust reporting and data export: It is not enough to make calls: You want to know what happened after the campaign has run its course. How many homes answered live or by machine? How many calls were undelivered due to busy signals, no answer or other reasons? GroupCast's robust reporting system will show you all of these details and more, including the ability to drill down to learn how specific phone numbers may have answered. In addition, once your broadcast is complete you have the ability to export the calling results for importation back to your CRM or ERP system.
Super-high call volume capacity: Our advanced calling system can target up to 500,000 phone numbers per hour, meaning that your entire recall campaign could be executed within minutes or hours after launch.
Delivery of your Caller-ID. Call recipients see a customized Caller ID: Our research has shown that including a Caller ID with every outbound call increases the response rate, so every call our system makes is delivered with a custom Caller ID to let your end users know who is calling.
Delivery via the traditional telephone system: We have sidestepped the trend toward VoIP broadcasting which leverages packetized data sent over the Internet. Instead, our calls go out via the traditional telephone system. VoIP is less reliable for the tracking of calls and call status, which are essential factors in our ability to give you an accurate, post-campaign report of how many calls were completed successfully.
You pay only for connected calls: You pay only for successfully-connected calls, not for busy signals or disconnected lines.
Allow call recipients to connect back to your call center: GroupCast takes outbound messaging to another level by allowing call recipients to opt to speak directly with representatives in your call center. Our system can even control the number of hourly outbound calls in order to lighten resultant incoming call load for your inbound call center
